Overview:

Exhalation of humans already gave way to conclusions on their physical status. One example is the alcometer for testing the driver's condition.
Comprehensive information is given by V&F's mass spectrometer Airsense. By means of gas phase analysis the composition of breath is determined and thus, conclusions on processes inside the human body can be drawn.
Sampling is easy and economical and the instrumentation can be operated even by untrained personnel. Analysis and data evaluation are performed fully automated.
